We see off the beaten tracks of Antalya in this trip.We visit Termessos National Park and ruins scattered around unique flora of Mt Solymos and Karain cave where you can spot the traces of first homo sapiens in Anatolia.We finish our tour with narrow street and authentic Ottoman houses of old town.

We meet our guide driver in the morning and have a short drive to Termessos.Surrounded by Solymos mountains,Termessos National Park accomodates variety of animals such as lynx and imperial eagle and 40 different plants endemic to Turkey.Beside its naturel aspects,Termessos has a remarkable ancient city which spreads all around the national park. Termessians first emerges into the light of history with Alexander The Greats arrival in BC 333.They were the only civilisation along Mediterranean coast who resisted to Alexander and didnt let his troops march up to the city.It remains as a semi- autonomous state in Roman period.We visit a theatre,gymnasium,tamples and extensive water storages there.After having lunch nearby we drive to Karain Cave.It is the largest palaeolithic cave that mankind inhabited through 500 thosand years.Foundings such as Axe bits,spear heads,scrapers made out of flinstones and bones of Homo Sapien are exhibited in the museum.Then we continue on to old town of Antalya.Old town(Kaleiçi) has always been the heart of the sprawling modern city.Roman city remnants and Ottoman style houses create its unique charecter.We walk along narrow lanes and explore major parts of the town.Then we return to hotel.
